Heather Calma - (Presidential Director)

Wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to stay home with her new baby once she was born. Started with For Your Pleasure, Inc. in June 2002 after researching 32 pleasure party companies. She was attracted to the paid hostess program and the wide variety of products (over 1000). Her first party earned her $235. Her new business attracted her friends and as it turns out Tara was quite a sponsoring magnet. Her down line now exceeds 90 distributors in just a short year and half. Tara was awarded 2nd place for recruiting in 2002 and selected to the prestigious FYP Advisory Board. Tara sees a long and prosperous future with For Your Pleasure. Her advice? Set a goal that seems unattainable today and achieve that goal tomorrow!

New consultants are interested in learning from charismatic and knowledgeable leaders willing to share their experience. Our research indicates that today's consultants are excited about utilizing current trends and technologies to facilitate their ongoing education and support. We listened very intently!

Support Sites
Our main support site, designed around a Microsoft SharePoint Portal, provides business management materials, creative print services and every promotional document you will need to effectively run your business. This portal allows you to go way beyond the services typical Yahoo & MSN group support sites that most up-line teams offer. Our team offers the best training program. From computer based training to interactive ebooks, streaming video and PowerPoint presentations all accessible to you 24 hours / 7 days a week.

Initial and Continuing Education
Once you have signed up as a For Your Pleasure consultant, we become your direct support professional. You are now our new recruit and I'm officially your sponsor. Your new career as a For Your Pleasure consultant has begun!
You will quickly be introduced to your up-line consultants within a day or so and ensure you receive all your user names and passwords to all the support sites that are available to you.

You will receive your new show kit from FYP and once you gain access to our support site you will begin receiving extensive training to help meet your four show, one thousand dollar, and sixty-day requirement. Your education will continue with monthly online classes that you sign up for offering interactive hands on, one on one training. These classes will provide additional guidance to use the tools and techniques we are constantly creating collaboratively as a group. This group development ensures your education and capabilities constantly evolve in an ever changing industry to ensure your long term success.

Initially we will work very closely to create a plan tailored to your goals and time frame. During your first 90 day period, we will assist and monitor the level of proficiency you have achieved. After this period is complete we will do a final review with you to ensure you are very comfortable. Your ongoing long term personal growth and development will continue throughout the life of your career from a winning team of support professionals. Strategies and techniques will change over time, but our goals will remain the same!

This site was created so that you have a very clear picture of the exciting journey you are about to undertake as a For Your Pleasure consultant. We'd love to talk with you right away to answer any questions that you might might have. We also invite you to take a look at our team up-line and incentives. Local and Regional Mentoring
Our up line consultants focus on offering local and regional mentoring. We are fond of using local meetings, conference calls, group bulletin boards, chat software and email. We are anxious to show you a system we have pioneered that will give you the opportunity to achieve $50,000 a year while only working 20 hours a week. Just imagine what you could do working full time.
